You will never believe what happened!

Ok, I was sitting at the computer, minding my own business....infact, knitting a sock and surfing...when all of a sudden I saw THIS!

I know, I know, it is like you are forced to put down your socks in progress and run to the stash to find itty bitty yarn and some itty bitty needles.
Then, if you can believe it...this happened:

little bear flat

And then this...

little bear thimble

And moments later....this....

little bear red dress

Then suddenly out of nowhere...there were all these body parts...

body parts

My fellow knitters...I CAN'T STOP!

itty bitty bears

Not only are they so darn cute and will make great little gifts...but...the construction is brilliant! I have knit my share of knitted toys. I love that the dress is knit in one piece with the head. I love how you cinch in the neck....and I espcially love how you use the felt on the back of the face! Hello. Brilliant.
You see, I never, ever thought of that. I myself have struggled with keeping the face on through the stitches!
Once again, Little Cotton Rabbits has amazed me!

P.S. there was also an teeny tiny rabbit knit as well as an teeny tiny bear for the making of this post...but my boys grabbed them up, ran off with them and are currently holding them hostage...now I need to go and knit 4 more for gifts...
