Knitters love snow...don't we?

Another dumping. It looks to be about 10". I was really hopeful for spring...we got a little taste two days ago when the temperature was around 40. Now, more snow. Hmmm...this knitter has mixed feelings. Thankfully my cousin lives across the street and was up snowblowing for me before I even got out of bed! For that he got a mere cup of coffee...but he occasionally comes over for a button to be sewn on...so he says we are even;)

My cascade 220 arrived pretty much the day after ordering! Thanks to redbirdknits. It is canadian and the price is good on the cascade...the shipping always gets you though. I must say that I love this yarn. I really wish I had found some sooner. It is a soft wool and the colour is great. Not sure how it will wash and wear...but it knits up great!

So far so good...I should have it knit tomorrow...then some buttons...let's say next week for the FO photos!

Oh, and that other little project I started...for tv watching. The better bucket hat.

I had some leftover malabrigo from who knows when...perfect for this project. It too is almost complete...and of course, just in time for the snow!

We're having lots of rain today, but I'll take that over snow any day in March! Now snow in December? Ahhh, I miss that! Hope you can stay home warm and cozy.

The navy was a good color choice. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Wondering if you could list the Tamari/kimono pattern? You were going to update it, but I cannot find it. Sure would appreciate it.
