Wisteria Log Cabin Socks

Friday 2:00 p.m. I crossed the finish line.
unblocked...

Started:Oct 11, 2006
Finished: Oct 13, 2006
Yarn: elann's Peruvian Highland Wool in Wisteria 2 balls
Needles: Addis US#5
Pattern: Log Cabin Socks from Handknit Holidays
Adjustments: None.

These are some nice cozy socks! Great for keeping your feet warm around the house, like a pair of slippers. The yarn is from my stash...I am consciously trying to knit my stash...and it is ok. I can see these really pilling up after a couple of wears...time will tell.
Happy Belated Birthday MA!

Now, back to Christmas knitting...

That was seriously really fast - even for you!

Love the socks! Now, when do you do the dishes? Seriously! I would knit from the time the kids go to bed until midnight if I didn't have this pile of dishes sitting in the sink. When I get to them, it takes an hour to ge the kitchen clean. What is your secret here?

Totally yummy looking! (although I'm having a hard time coming up with anything edible in that exact tint of lavender, but still) Wear them in good health.

That pattern is always a winner! I love the light color, too... hopefully they'll make a nice birthday present.
