Shifting sands complete!

Finally...a finished knit!

Pattern: Shifting Sands by grumperina
started: July 22, 2007
finished: Sept 13, 2007
yarn: knit picks merino style...around 5 balls in "moss".
adjustments: none. I did play with needles sizes...never paying any attention to guage...and then I just knit the pattern until I was out of yarn!

It is a great scarf! Simple and interesting. I am not sure if I am keeping this for myself or put it in the Christmas knits...yeah, we'll talk about that soon...the pressure this year!

Now...there is this other project I was really unsure of...but...now...ohhhlala!

  1. Lovely scarf! I would keep such a beauty for myself, personally, but at least it's a classic, unisex colour, good for emergency gifts to either gender.

It's gorgeous! The pattern looks great in green. Did you get bored with the stitch pattern after awhile? I'm so tempted to make one of these, but for whatever reason I'm worried I'll peter out halfway through...
