Thanks to everyone who encourages me and to everyone who inspires me. I have learned so much in the past year and I enjoy doing whatever I can to show you something that maybe you could do.
Thank you for the comments, I love to hear your ideas, suggestions, pats on the back...all of it! Welcome to the new comers...or those who have chose to "de-lurk" themsleves;)
Now...the final moments of the Olympic Knitting...
Another technique under my belt...Stem Stitch Embroidery.

It is really simple to do and it adds a nice touch to the sleeve.

I can see the finish line. All that's left is to weave in the ends.
Happy Blogversary!! Looking forward to seeing all of the sweater.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on both the blogiversary and finishing up the sweater! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Blogiversary! I don't comment much, but I read you every day, and I enjoy your blog.
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary! Thanks for sharing--I love knitting vicariously through your projects.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on one year of blogging. A finished object and a gold medal is a great way to celebrate!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on Bloversary and also on your beautiful sweater. Isn't it amazing how the camera can change the colour of things. At first, I thought your sweater was a dark pewter, and now it appears a deep mauve. Whatever colour, I really like it!
ReplyDeleteKnitting is one of my grandmothers best hobbies, she is close to 90 and she still do amazing sweaters.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday, that's perfect because I like to celebrate knitting and also taking Viagra Canada, that's my way to celebrate that's what makes me feel alive.
